Welcome to Class 4D

In 4D, we are taught by Mr Donald and we are supported by Miss Poposwitsch.

We are a wonderful team in 4D and always strive to work together to achieve our very best! We always show respect in our class by sharing our opinions and listening to others when they speak. We find that this helps us in learning new skills and applying them to our independent work.

Our reading is at the heart of everything we do in 4D. We love our whole class reading sessions where we develop skills in all aspects of reading such as retrieval of information, inferring from our text and summarising things that we have read. We love to listen to a story being read too.

A big aim of ours in 4D is to be secure in the recall of our times tables by the end of the year when we will complete a national multiplication check. We know this is important but nothing to worry about because we are busy practising our times table facts on TT Rockstars! This helps us recall these facts both in school and at home.

Our PE days are Wednesday and Thursday - all children need a kit in school and earrings removed for these days please.

We like to use Class Dojo to keep parents informed about any valuable information and to share the exciting things we get up to in 4D!
